High-energy Latin EDM HIIT + strength training designed to build strength, improve endurance, and deliver real results.
Structured with 3 training segments completed for 3 rounds, each class combines HIIT + strength intervals with dance-based active recovery and a core finisher every session.

Step into your power. This high-energy outdoor workout fuses RITMO—rhythmic cardio and athletic conditioning performed to the beat—with community-driven functional strength and agility circuits, plus core training to level up your performance.
